Accounts Senior Executive / Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Keep full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
  • Prepare timely annual or monthly management reports
  • Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI

Job Description:

  • Inspects on car park machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.
  • Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked.
  • Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.
  • Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty parking ticket).
  • Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.
  • Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.

Job Description:

  • Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all leasing and sales matters for office and residential buildings
  • Conduct regular tenants search for the compilation of potential tenant database
  • Conduct market search on current office and residential rental and sales trend in the market from time to time
  • To support the Sales Manager in achieving the KPI ie occupancy rate, rental income, sales income etc
  • Attend to the leasing and sales process from identifying prospective clients, negotiating commercial terms for clients, securing the tenancy / sales to finalization of the tenancy / sales document
