Our journey began in Klang — with a vision rooted in practicality and foresight. This 1½ storey light industrial development marked our first step into property, delivering efficient, accessible factory spaces to meet the growing needs of local manufacturers.

Strategically located in the rising industrial zone of Meru, the project responded to real demand with a clear purpose: to support small-to-medium enterprises with spaces that enabled productivity and growth.

More than a first build, it was a foundation — proof that with the right intent, even modest beginnings can seed meaningful progress. This early success laid the groundwork for our future evolution into integrated urban developments and community-focused placemaking.
