This 5-storey low-cost apartment development, completed in 2002, is part of the Taman Sentosa Fasa Dinasti area. Comprising 166 walk-up units on a 4-acre site, it was developed in line with planning requirements to provide affordable housing options within the community.

The design focused on delivering practical and efficient living spaces that met regulatory standards for low-cost housing, ensuring functionality and compliance.
This project strengthened Suezcap’s experience in managing diverse residential typologies and integrating different housing forms within a planned development—supporting our approach to creating balanced and sustainable communities.
