Taman Harmoni marked Suezcap’s first foray into residential development. Set on a compact 4-acre site in Kapar, Klang, the project introduced a collection of semi-detached homes designed for suburban families seeking functional, comfortable living.

Though small in scale, it served as an essential learning ground—helping us navigate residential planning, buyer needs, and regulatory requirements. This early experience laid the foundation for our future in the residential segment and shaped our understanding of how to create homes that resonate with local communities.
