Established in the early 2000s, Suezcap has grown with a strong foundation in industrial and residential development. Today, we are recognised as one of Malaysia’s pioneers in urban redevelopment.
Through initiatives like the K-BARU programme, we aim to uplift communities by enhancing homes, environments, and economic ecosystems. This government initiative focuses on upgrading urban homes and surroundings, ultimately uplifting the socioeconomic status of the community. KL Gateway stands as a key example of our impact and vision in action.
