This large-scale industrial development marked a pivotal step in our early journey. Spanning 30 acres, it introduced a broader collection of 1½-storey semi-detached factories, thoughtfully designed to meet increasing market demand for spacious, functional, and efficient industrial units.

Strategically located in Meru—a fast-emerging industrial hub—the project responded to the growing needs of businesses seeking larger footprints and enhanced operational layouts. It retained the practical design principles of our earlier phases while offering greater flexibility and scalability.

As the third phase of our Meru developments, it solidified our commitment to Klang’s industrial progress. The project reflected our evolving capabilities and underscored our approach of growing through insight, intention, and responsiveness to market dynamics.
