Following the success of our maiden project, Phase II marked a strategic expansion — offering larger, semi-detached factory units across 10 acres in Meru’s growing industrial corridor.

Designed to serve evolving industrial needs, this phase introduced greater flexibility, accessibility, and operational space for SMEs and emerging manufacturers. By scaling up thoughtfully, we ensured the development remained cost-effective while enhancing functionality for diverse business operations.
