Taman Sentosa Fasa Dinasti was Suezcap’s pioneering mixed-use project, combining commercial and residential spaces within a masterplanned 30-acre community. This development featured 89 blocks of 4-storey shop-offices with apartments above, alongside 308 units of double-storey terrace homes and apartments—offering a total of 931 homes and business spaces.

At a time when Klang’s developments were largely separated by use, this project introduced an innovative live–work–play concept—bringing together convenience, community, and accessibility in one integrated environment.

This development was a milestone that expanded Suezcap’s vision, setting the foundation for our future focus on creating vibrant, sustainable communities designed to meet the evolving needs of urban families.
